Took two visiters fishingyesterday.  Got caught in the rain and well soaked, but did manage a few fish and this 20 lb king.

Came home from fishing trip yesterday and found this big bird sitting on my roof.  And no; fishing was not great;  two dolphin fish and one baraccuda.

Went fishing for kings and only caught 2;  but also caught 8 large spanish and a cobia.  The spanish are very good eating and cobia is outstanding.  Turned out to be a great day.

Managed to catch a few Spanish Mackerel on the east side of Kure Beach.  A little too rough to go off shore. so we took what we could get.  Good eating.

Went to the Horseshoe yesterday and caught my largest king of the year.  30 pounds and almost 4′ long.  Just 4 kings tho.

Sharks, Sharks and more Sharks.  Thats all I could catch this week.  All the kings were at the 15 mile rock and I was at the horseshoe.  I will try again on Friday and maybe go to the Gulfstream.  They have caught quite a few Dolphin fish also.  In shore, the flounder bite is very… Read More
