Our fire department does a lot of training and we saw them working out by the marina.  All these guys are volunteers.

I had the opportunity to go hang gliding at Kitty Hawk.  My daughters family and I all made five short flights from the top of a large sand dune.  My landings were not graceful, but the flights were great.  And I did not even know that was on my “Bucket List”.

The annual migration of boats back north from Florida has begun. There will be a steady stream going north in the Intercoastal Waterway for the month of March.  Many of them stop overnight here in the St James Marina.  This sailboat is one of the biggest.

Just returned from a three week vacation/cruise from Dan Diego thru the Panama Canal to Florida.  Great trip and beautiful sun tan.

We have been feeding a family of 7 bluebirds, on our back porch.  This is the family that was born in the bluebird house, also on our back porch, this last summer.  This picture of 4 is the most I have been able to photograph at one time.
